For all those about to start or just discovering Pat and his wealth of knowledge. I took his advice just over 2 years ago. Now have a podcast in the top 1% globally , over 3 million downloads and now its own app. You can not go wrong following his advice .

    • @claired3038 says:

I started taking his advice since 2015 but I decided not to become a podcaster but a podcast manager who supplies podcast VA’s heheh

    • @gangliferedemption9176 says:

Right on, all hard work definitely pays off!

    • @rogerc23 says:

Congrats Martin. Just wondering how much you focus on diet, nutrition and clean eating in your calming anxiety podcast. Just an FYI I’ve suffered level 5 anxiety attacks since about the age of 5 to 49 when I went whole food plant based eating and eliminated processed foods, dairy, animal protein, and sugar from my diet. Anxiety attacks dropped about 98% over the course of 6 months to a year. Also doing a lot of endurance training which may help. Just an FYI. Cheers.

im so excited to evolve into the internet space and maybe monetize a “hobby” and not have a “steady” ride.

Thanks, Pat, for a really complete and informative video. I’m considering setting up a podcast to allow for more depth of content as well as an alternative medium to enhance my channel once I’ve built up the amount of content; early days just now but I’m thinking ahead a bit and this is useful. Best wishes.

  • @canadareadsamericanstyle says:

I’ve been podcasting with a colleague for a little over two years but she’s moving on to new opportunities. I am keeping the brand and content, and your videos are extremely helpful as I make the transition. Thanks!

  • @jero769 says:

I started my podcast Next to Me 3 months ago because of your videos. Now I have 9 episodes and I have so much fun every time I record one. It was a great decision and I wouldn’t have started without your videos so thank you very much!!!! I hope I stay constant in 2022 and I will try to post an episode every week!! And to everyone starting or with already a podcast I wish you nothing but the best ❤️

  • @sonyavs455 says:

What a great instructional video. Thanks so much for doing this. I have not decided yet, whether I’ll do a podcast, but your video has made the idea sound so much less intimidating! Thank you!

  • @shiftfitnessmassage7045 says:

Thank you Pat Flynn. Only 1 week ago I explored the overwhelming thought of a podcast. I began this video, ordered the products, created my artwork, description and content list while I waited. I unboxed yesterday afternoon and this afternoon have posted my 1st podcast on FB, Tweeter and updated my directories list. Your video does a great job of breaking the steps down into bite size accessible content. I will check back for more videos after I upload my next two podcasts on the schedule. Why? Because Shifts Happen!

    • @patflynn says:

Well done! Way to take action and thank you so much for the comment!

    • @crystalbrundige6325 says:

      Congratulations 🙂

Get rich and help folks at same time.
Start a local news podcast franchise, helping local folks startup local news and stories.
Every community wants/needs local news. State level as well. Imagine a new network (TMN brodcasting) reporting from homes across the nation.
      Everyone wins
You supply business in a box, you get paid to start up and monthly fees.
Underemployed gets coached throught the startup (hardest part)
Some will fail, but there could be thousands of small local broadcasters across the nation.

    • @OliverHinz says:

I am sure this comment just let me stop the think media start video and switch to this 🙂

  • @ggwppodcast says:

Your video was a big part of my initial research before I did all the backend work to get the podcast properly structured, made, and distributed. You’re the man!

  • @joanhaney4194 says:

OMGosh! This was so very helpful Pat. You explained all the steps so it’s so easy to understand. Super excited to see more content and rock this new podcast. Already ordered a mic, boom arm, etc, and am on lesson 1. Thank you SO VERY MUCH! Just need to pick a launch day! :0)

  • @chericdesigns says:

I don’t plan on podcasting but am taking piano and voice again after 40+ years and the equipment and software info is so valuable! A mic set up I can afford! So glad I stumbled across your channel when looking for something else OR I should say glad I was LED to your channel – there are NO accidents! Thank you!

  • @nancytomei971 says:

Pat, thank you so very much! You are like one-stop-shopping for the beginning podcaster. I am teacher who has to retire due to a terminal illness, but I want to have fun and share my wisdom about raising and teaching children for the last 28 years. My cohost will be in a different state than I am. You made me feel more comfortable about setting up that equipment. Thank you again!

Hey Nancy! It’s 1 year since you posted this and I’m curious about how you’re finding your podcast? I’m a teacher and make youtube videos, but I’m thinking about diving into some interview style podcasts with colleagues. Wondering if you have any tips or advice?

  • @CosmicCassondra says:

Thank you so much for creating this video and dropping so much knowledge in a straightforward way. I’m starting a podcast but didn’t really know how to get started. I’ve watched a lot of videos where they give way too much detail and way too many options. I truly appreciate how succinct your information is.

  • @tomjones5084 says:

As always Pat Flynn, this is a terrific lesson. I have been following you for over 10 years now and you are so good. Thanks for being there for us.😎!

  • @bendelaughter says:

  • @carissabelik9120 says:

Pat, I’ve just binged so much of your content in the last several hours. I’m so thankful to you for creating such informative videos! Gotta say that tip about clapping or clicking to make the aduio spike when you make a mistake — that’s gold! what a time saver! thanks for all you do!

  • @villainsarentborntheyremade says:

Thanks Pat. You are a Gem to the world. Keep up the great work.

  • @YY-jv4uu says:

Hi pat thanks for your videos. Should we begin the series with an introductory episode or just go right in to talk about different things within our niche?
I have the theme and the different topics I want to discuss but I wonder if I need an intro episode about why and how I started this podcast. Any advice? Thanks again!
